As a Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) serving the Rowlett, TX market, you’ll build and own your book of business through community education programs, referrals, and funeral home unfunded files, backed by Precoa’s proven marketing engine.

You get full control of your calendar, uncapped commission tied directly to your performance, and a dedicated field manager with deep local relationships ready to help you grow.

• Your compensation is a direct reflection of your effort, with approximate first-year earnings of $50,000–$60,000 and no cap on what you can build beyond that. The agents who fully commit to growing their own book are the ones who see it pay off the most!

Requirements

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 2-5+ years consultative sales experience is helpful - bonus points for experience building your own client base!
• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills; you’ll be generating your own opportunities, not waiting on a lead list
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-up
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
