The Desire Company is seeking professionals across a variety of fields who are located in Northwest Arkansas.

Our expert community spans more than 1,850 verified professionals across 140 categories, including award-winning athletes, medical professionals, fitness experts, chefs, and skilled tradespeople. We create authentic, expert-led content that helps consumers make confident purchase decisions through trusted brand and retail platforms.

We invite Northwest Arkansas-based experts to join our growing community and collaborate on paid educational video projects that showcase real knowledge, hands-on skill, and meaningful consumer guidance.

Project Overview:

• Filming Location: Northwest Arkansas (Travel within the region may be covered / Local experts preferred)

• Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)
• Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project
• Pay: Starting at $1,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert insights and professional perspectives rooted in your specific field of expertise, with a strong focus on products relevant to your industry or daily work.

• Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with our production crew during on-site filming sessions.
• Communicate complex topics clearly and confidently for a consumer audience.

How It Works:

Once you express interest, we will pitch you to relevant brand and retail partners. If selected, we’ll coordinate a pre-production conversation to ensure alignment before filming.

By joining our expert community, you’ll be considered on an ongoing basis for future paid projects that align with your expertise, availability, and interests.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience within your field of expertise.
• Strong understanding of the products, tools, or services relevant to your industry, and the ability to evaluate and clearly communicate their real-world value to shoppers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Must be located in Northwest Arkansas.
