The Traffic Engineer will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of enforcement services in Connecticut, including but not limited to ensuring timely pre-verification activities, repair and maintenance of enforcement assets, Network Operations Center (NOC) support, and vehicle and trailer operations. This role will define and continuously refine the U.S. service delivery strategy, ensuring the highest standards of safety for employees and stakeholders, while delivering customer satisfaction and cost-efficient solutions.
As one of the key leadership roles within our U.S. operations, the Traffic Engineer will play a key part in driving employee performance, engagement, and well-being, helping to cultivate a culture built on care, collaboration, integrity, and performance.
What You’ll Do
As the Traffic Engineer, you will oversee all enforcement service delivery operations across Connecticut. Reporting to the EVP of Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team while ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Who You Are
You are an experienced operations leader with a strong background in traffic management, field safety, and service delivery. You thrive in fast-moving, safety-critical environments and bring a leadership style that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
You hold the mandatory ATSSA certification or a CTDOT-approved equivalent, along with other relevant safety qualifications, and have a proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
