We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Rocherlea.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will ensure that stock levels and compliance obligations are met for our customer focussed and proactive organisation, safely and efficiently preparing work packs for our crews and contractors, maintaining storage, and receipting and dispatching of materials on time and to a high standard to ensure that accurate system records are maintained for all transactions. Experience using SAP would be beneficial.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for providing appropriate and timely responses to requests from customers, whilst ensuring materials remain at appropriate stock levels.

Strong communication skills are required to ensure mutual understanding of processes and obligations that foster a friendly and cooperative culture across the organisation.

 

About you

 

To be successful in this role you will hold a high-risk forklift licence and have completed a minimum of year 11.  Ideally you will have a warehousing background, coupled with procurement, transport, logistics and supply chain knowledge as well as customer service experience.

You will be a self-motivator with strong organisational and problem solving skills, possess commitment to safety when completing tasks and be focussed on continuous improvement.  You will be required to pass a medical examination for this role.

You will be experienced with computer managed inventory systems and have the ability to adapt and learn new systems.
