Summary:
This role oversees operational functions and performance of the Virtual Sequestration program. Responsibilities include managing customer implementation, support, and subsequent tactical tasks, ensuring seamless internal/external program operations. This position is categorized as working cross-functionally with various internal teams to work toward seamless execution and growth of the program. This role will contribute to continuous improvement efforts targeted at enhancing program operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
This role oversees the onboarding and maintenance functions of the Dedicated Virtual Warehouse program for Global Products and Solutions
Responsibilities include managing customer implementation, support, and subsequent tactical tasks, ensuring seamless internal/external program operations
This position reporting to the Implementation Manager, is categorized as working cross-functionally with various internal teams to work toward seamless execution of customer implementation and growth of the program.
This role will contribute to continuous improvement efforts targeted at enhancing onboarding and implementation customer experience while supporting program growth
Supports the Customer Success and Operations Manager with all operational aspects to drive seamless execution of the program
Understands and is knowledgeable on all aspects of the program
Manages, with direction and support from the Product Manager and Customer Success and Operations Manager, program implementation/customer onboarding, including but not limited to customer set-up, product set-up, kick-off calls, etc., ensuring all tasks are effectively completed to provide a seamless launch to enrolled customers
Serves as a key customer contact for questions and issues that arise in the Dedicated Virtual Warehouse program
Develop and monitor standard work processes and make suggestions for modifications to increase and improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy for improving program implementations; implements changes as directed or needed
Responsible for managing tactical operations with high level of complexity
Leads identification and preparation of data and KPIs for tracking customer behavior and system performance, ensuring customer-facing teams are prepared with data and insights to support clients and improve pull-through of the program
Creates and manages on-going internal and external reports – identifies opportunities for streamlining and/or creating dashboards to best support internal/external requirements
Manages on going communications and support for internal teams, leading meetings as needed/required as it relates to initial implementation and ongoing program growth
Maintains and shares customer onboarding feedback loop to identify opportunities for improved onboarding experience
Defines and understands the technical scope and objectives of the program
Adheres to and assists in the development of standards and procedures for program reporting and documentation
Works cross-functionally and clearly communicates program onboarding activities, action items, risks, etc.
Provides training to internal and external customer-facing teams on the program to answer high level questions
Participates in customer and sales calls as the SME to support program implementation questions
Joins all relevant internal calls to understand issues, updates, and changes to the program
Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time (including overnight travel) as required to effectively manage Program

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years implementation experience required
Experience building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-focused)
Project management experience (e.g. lead meetings, draft status reports, develop & manage project plans, track issues/risk logs, develop & monitor resource plans, etc.)
Completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience with inventory management, supply chain, and buying operations in a health system preferred
Strong aptitude for learning new software concepts and related technologies
Ability to work independently and to participate in cross-functional teams
Ability to execute and prioritize a large number of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Exceptionally detail oriented and relentless in driving projects to completion
Possess process and change management skills
Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of CRM tools, such as SalesForce
