TITLE: Accounting Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Accounting
REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part-time Non - Exempt
ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside has been proudly serving children and families since 1967. We are one of the premier non-profits in the Inland Empire and looking for an incredible Accounting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We are a highly driven and mission-focused organization in need of an energetic, people-focused, organized, and committed professional to fill the critical role of Accounting Coordinator. The Club’s impact extends throughout several sites across the Inland Empire, Redlands, and areas of the High Desert.
The Accounting Coordinator supports the Accounting Department by performing accurate data entry for accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), while providing administrative support for day-to-day accounting operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining organized digital and physical records and ensuring the timely processing of financial information. The ideal candidate has intermediate Excel skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in the accounting field.
COMMITMENT TO SAFETY:
In-person role at Redlands, CA clubhouse.
Part-time Non-Exempt: 27.5 hours/week (Monday–Friday).
Environment
Normal internal office environment with frequent need to travel to club locations within the Inland Empire area. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects required for clerical tasks. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time and not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
