Mandatory skills: -

  • Total 1-3 Years of experience
  • Understanding of Incident Management, a basic understanding of change management, working in 24X7 environment
  • Excellent Communication and Documentation skills
  • Good command and control over the conference calls. Ability to lead the calls with cross functional teams.
  • ITIL knowledge and certification (Preferred)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and IT terminology
  • Hands on experience on CRM tools like Service Now/Remedy et al.
  • 24*7 rotational shift - Monthly/quarterly
  • Excellent communication skills
