Roofing Superintendent

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial and residential roofing projects. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who prioritizes safety, quality, and crew management, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As a Superintendent, you will serve as the field leader—coordinating crews, managing schedules, enforcing safety compliance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Crew Leadership: Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, assigning work, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment.

• Quality Control: Inspect all work to ensure it meets or exceeds industry standards; address issues immediately to maintain high-quality results.

• Safety Oversight: Lead toolbox talks, enforce OSHA standards, and monitor job sites to ensure safe work practices.

• Project Management: Maintain schedules, coordinate material deliveries, oversee inspections, and keep projects within budget.

• Client Service: Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Payroll & Reporting: Verify dispatches, log work for payroll, and track labor/material costs against budgets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience as a Superintendent with roofing systems (BUR, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Tile, Sheet Metal).

• Strong knowledge of roof details, repairs, and maintenance.

• OSHA 30 certification (or completion within 90 days).

• Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on active construction sites.

Pay & Benefits

💰 Salary Range (Pompano Beach, FL):

• $70,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience)
