About the Role
Obran Health is seeking a high-ownership, early-career Employee Engagement & Recruiting Specialist to help us build an exceptional employee experience for our distributed clinical team.
We’re looking for someone who learns fast, takes initiative to improve systems, and loves integrating technology to make processes smoother and smarter. Just as importantly, you’re someone who naturally builds relationships — proactively checking in with our clinicians, anticipating their needs, and helping create a welcoming, responsive, and supportive culture across our offices and field teams.
If you’re energized by building, fixing, improving, and owning outcomes, and by being the person who makes employees feel seen, supported, and connected, this role is for you.
