Risk(s):Failing to fill a position left vacant by the resigned lab tech may lead to increased workload and stress on the remaining team members (specially for weekends work rotation), potentially impacting their job satisfaction and productivity. Second, it could result in delays or errors in the production process, affecting the plant's output and quality control. Third, the absence of a critical team member might hinder the ability to compliance standards in a regulated industry, potentially leading to regulatory violations and associated penalties.
