We're currently accepting resumes for a Marketing Administrator.  The Marketing Administrator plays a critical hands-on role in supporting the execution of marketing programs and day-to-day operations to include identifying potential customers, assessing their needs, and directing them to the appropriate sales representative. The Marketing Administrator also performs a variety of clerical functions, including answering the telephone, coordinating marketing activities, and providing administrative support to the sales team.


The Marketing Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing overall support to the marketing department, sales enablement and daily office administrative support to ensure functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Administrator will be involved in various aspects of marketing and sales efforts, helping shorten sales cycles and shape lead generation strategies to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.  


To ensure close collaboration and hands-on support, this role requires onsite presence. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Input, organize, and assign all incoming leads in the company’s CRM program.
  • Assess potential customers' needs and determine the suitability of our products and services, to include assigning qualified leads to the appropriate sales associate.
  • Undertake a variety of project and program management tasks to help in planning, organizing, and executing marketing objectives.
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities in marketing programs to target audiences.
  • Coordinate the customer satisfaction index (CSI) including surveying customers, recording the feedback, and managing action items stemming from interactions. 
  • Assist with marketing event planning, including booking venues, preparing materials, and day-of execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, print shops, and logistics providers for promotional and campaign materials.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and outcomes.
  • Organize and maintain marketing and promotional inventory and print collateral.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills & Abilities: 

  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high quality customer experience. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to accurately exchange information with co-workers, management, customers, and vendors. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interactive organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in using analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights a plus.
  • Experience and proficiency in CRM systems and practices a plus. 

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience required. 

Physical Demands: 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as copiers, printers,  and telephones.
  • Able to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time.
  • Office hours are Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm., and Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 PM. 
  • Occasionally moves files and boxes of records weighing up to 20 lbs.
