Job Description:
  • Ensure compliance with cleanroom and hygiene standards through regular monitoring and documentation
  • Analyze environmental data (e.g., temperature, pressure, humidity) and follow up on deviations
  • Coordinate external testing and review results to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and pest control concepts
  • Act as hygiene expert and provide guidance to production and quality teams
  • Support customer audits and external investigations with professional expertise
  • Maintain and update hygiene documentation and standards across the site
  • Approve and release cleanroom materials such as garments, disinfectants, and cleaning supplies
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge as acquired during at least 3 years of training in a laboratory environment (e.g. microbiology, chemistry, biology, PTA, MTA)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in hygiene monitoring, cleanroom operations, or quality assurance in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Solid knowledge of hygiene monitoring practices and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience with measuring equipment and systems for hygiene monitoring
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and applicable QM guidelines
  • Proficiency with IT tools and systems (e.g., MES, SAP, MS Office)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to work
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences
  • Team player with reliability, flexibility, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay resilient and focused under pressure while maintaining high standards
