ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
  • Supervises the Receptionist and all related front desk services
  • Provides administrative support to the market president
  • Plans and executes special events and client functions
  • Organizes office operations and procedures
  • Facility and maintenance liaison
  • Checks requests and approval of vendor payables
  • Handles Agency Bill installments and special invoices/statements for clients
  • Assists in onboarding of new associates
  • Acts as Continuing Education Liaison
  • Performs miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
  • Performs functions of the role within an IMA office more than 50% of the time

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:

  • Two to five years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Sound judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Ability to run errands as needed for the office
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
