Key Reponsabilities
  • Shape and build products end-to-end  from ideas and architecture to production and scaling
  • Bring a product mindset: deeply understand user needs, market context, and how tech choices shape product outcomes
  • Own technical depth: design reliable, scalable systems even if it requires learning new languages, tools, or frameworks
  • Collaborate across disciplines: product managers, doctors, researchers. Your ideas matter as much as theirs
  • Innovate & research when needed: AI, LLMs, deeptech. We value curiosity and the willingness to explore new technological possibilities
  • Improve the system continuously: Refactor, simplify, modernize you care about long-term tech health as much as shipping features fast


    • What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least one strong "builder" experience such as being the first or an early engineer on a product team.
  • Proven ability to build and scale systems (backend, fullstack, data  your exact path can vary)
  • Strong in system design, architecture, and scalability challenges
  • A real product sense you want to know the "why" before the "how"
  • Comfortable with technical discovery, research, prototyping especially around new fields like AI, LLMs, or deeptech (a plus, but not required)
  • Curious, independent, proactive not waiting for a ticket or spec to start contributing
  • Tech stack agnostic  you care about principles, not tools (Our stack: TS, Python, ASW, PosgresQL)
