We have created more than 35+ companies (including 3 unicorns), combining +230 m€ ARR and having raised c. 750 m€. Our portfolio includes : Front, Aircall, Spendesk, Yousign, etc.
We’re now launching a new initiative to finance and support existing startups: Hexa Scale.
⚡ Today, successful software companies have two ways to support and finance their growth: the VC path, and the self-financed profitable path. For software companies that can’t or do not want to bootstrap, but haven’t managed to stay permanently on hyper-growth, the VC path is a dead-end.
At Hexa Scale, we’re on a mission to solve this: offer a new alternative to fund and scale B2B software companies towards exponential growth.
We believe that there are great software companies, still early stages in the 1-10m€ ARR range, that sit on amazing markets with a great product, but that require a few changes to unlock their potential.
We believe that by providing them with capital and strong operational leverage, we can put them on the right trajectory, towards category-leading exponential growth.
Your role is to help us find, select, invest in, and drive those companies.

Within Hexa Scale’s team (
Augustin &
Samuel), you'll participate in the entire deal-flow cycle. After completing our first investment in
Veevart, we are closing a second deal. We’re now looking for someone to help us source and secure the next ones for 2026.
💯 ResponsibilitiesDeal-flow: guarantee volume and reactivityPerform the first analysis of Inbound leadsIdentify new companies that fit our investment scope each week for reach out and ensure a strong volume generation at the top of our investment funnelHelp us to enhance our outbound tooling set-up (database, automations, scraping)
Research: help perform cutting edge market deep-dives
Perform research on sectors that we decide to deep-dive: mapping of actors, mapping of products and features, understanding of competitive landscape, funding status and exit potential, understanding of value-creation for customers and GtM structures.Participate in qualitative research with market experts: Identify, reach-out and organise calls with market experts that we may not have directly in our network, at scale.
Company analysis: help elaborate clear pictures of our targets
Understand and analyse the business model, product, team, growth engine, and overall business plan of our targets.
