Your Role

As an Account Manager, your main tasks will include:

  • Examining Trucks and Trailers: Assess damage and estimate repair costs.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent service throughout the repair process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technicians for accurate diagnoses and efficient repairs.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed repair records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, upholding our commitment to quality and professionalism.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 2+ years with heavy-duty tractor-trailer repair.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of trailer repair techniques.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Experience cultivating new and existing relationships.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Team Player: Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate repair costs and communicate effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Fullbay, DMX, and SMS.
  • B2B Sales Experience: A plus.
