Gundersen Health System is seeking a 1.0 FTE Behavioral Health Coordinator for our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program is a structured outpatient mental health treatment designed for adolescents who need more intensive care than traditional outpatient therapy can provide, but do not require full-time inpatient hospitalization.

  

What you will work:  

  • This position is full-time (40 hours/week) working primarily day shifts Monday – Friday

  • Location: Onalaska

 

What you will do:   

  • The Adolescent PHP Coordinator functions as an essential part of the treatment team; ensuring proper paperwork is completed, connecting with community services and schools, arranging schedules, and facilitate staffing’s.

  • This individual will have strong communication skills, be task driven, enjoy working with adolescents and have an appreciation for a team approach.

  • Flexibility and reliability are needed as this program is in its beginning stage.

What you will need:  

  • Associate degree in relatable field

  • 2 years of relevant experience
