Location	Nora Elementary School
Position Details	NOTE: This is a temporary classified position available through grant funding. This temporary position is an annual temporary assignment and will end after the 2030 school year.
Work Schedule	Full-Time – 8 hours/day
Calendar Length	School Year (185 days)
FLSA Classification	Non-Exempt - Hourly
Salary/Hourly Rate	$29.87 per hour
Benefits	Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance available. Paid Illness and Personal Business days. Contributions to PERF, VEBA and 401A retirement plans.

JOB EXPECTATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Position Purpose / Description

The primary purpose is to support student achievement growth and proficiency working collaboratively with classroom teachers, and tutoring small groups and/or individual students.

Essential Functions

Deliver targeted intervention to students in the general education classroom.
Work with students one on one, small group or large group settings in collaboration with classroom teachers.

Utilize student data to inform instructional practices, including progress monitoring of skills as needed.
Enter and track student data.
Proctor student progress monitoring assessments.
Collaborate with classroom, ENL and Special Education teachers to best support each student.
Contribute in a positive manner to support school goals and school culture and climate.
Participate as needed or assigned in professional development in regards to curriculum and/or instructional practices.
Communicate with staff and parents to support student growth and achievement.
Other duties as assigned by building Principal

Qualifications Profile (Licensure)

This position requires a valid and active license issued by the Indiana Department of Education

Education

Candidates must document successful attainment of degrees required for licensure in the state of Indiana
