We are looking to appoint a Workshop Manager to our skilled Noble Park Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the work of technicians to ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and on time

• Monitoring workshop productivity and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency

• Managing parts ordering, inventory control, and workshop budgets

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to the workshop team

• Fostering a positive team culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and maintaining strong safety and operational standards

• Manage key account relationships for the Workshop

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Senior Technician, leading mechanical teams

• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems

• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills

• A relevant trade qualification or certificate in engineering or a related field

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of building a cohesive, productive team

• A current driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles and equipment
