The Hospital Development Specialist (HDS) performs as a donation consultant to hospitals. Responsible to develop, market, monitor and implement policies, procedures, strategies and best practices to enhance organ and tissue donation. Responds on-site during active cases to support all aspects of the donation process. Collaborates closely with hospitals to provide feedback, identify improvements, presents data analysis and creates performance improvement goals and action plans to improve performance and outcome measures. Partners with NJ Sharing Network departments to improve all aspects of the donation process. Utilizes skills and independent judgment to maximize donor referral outcomes. Evening and weekend work is required. Responsible for timely compliance with all Network programs and policies.
Pay Range:
Salary: $54,800.00 - $82,200.00
This salary range is based on our market pay structures. Individual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, licenses, certifications, education, and experience.
