Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Quality Assurance! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN.
Quality Assurance starting pay is $20.09/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.09/hr after 60 days.
After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $60/week!
Shift Schedule is 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
-Knowledge of manufactured boats
-Visual inspection of aluminum pontoon tubes and framing assembly
-Use tablet to document; take pictures, data entry
-Communicate quality discrepancies
Required skills and experience:
-Read and follow inspection guidelines
-Have basic computer knowledge
-Ability to cross train
-Must be able to climb in and out of boats
Schedule:
-8-hour shift
-Day shift 6 am - 2:30 pm
-Monday to Friday
