Your Role as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP.
• Assist in conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings with support from your supervisor.
• Use positive behavior strategies to create an engaging, student-centered environment.
• Participate in mentorship, supervision, and professional development throughout your fellowship.

Required Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited academic program
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship and state licensure (if applicable)
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery
• Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
