About Golden State Assembly, LLC
Golden State Assembly, LLC is dedicated to offering superior wire harness manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, sorting, inspection, and containment services across multiple industries. Our mission is to exceed expectations by striving for continuous improvement in the quality of our products and services.
Position Overview
As an Assembler in our cable harness manufacturing team, you will focus on first piece and prototype builds. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in interpreting technical drawings and work instructions to build complex wire and cable harness assemblies from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be experienced in applying IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, capable of troubleshooting design or documentation issues during early-stage builds, and comfortable collaborating across Engineering, Quality, and Production teams. In addition to building high-quality assemblies, this role contributes to process validation, documentation improvements, and mentoring less experienced assemblers. This is a critical role in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring that each build meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance.
