Job Description:

Assist in the organization and management of the routine work activities of the special services department and provide clerical services to staff members as needed.  Duties include scheduling ARD's, maintaining special education records and files, preparing assessment roster, and communicating with parents and staff regarding student needs.

 

Start Date:  November, 2025

 

Duty Days:  192

 

Salary Range: (Based on 2025-26 Salary Schedule)

Minimum:  $13.42/hour

Midpoint:  $ 16.36/hour

Salary commensurate with related experience

 

Qualifications:

Proficient skills in file maintenance

Strong organization skills and the ability to follow-through with projects

Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Ability to use personal computer and software that utilizes word processing, spreadsheets and databases

Three years clerical experience preferred
