Starting Wage: $20/hour plus benefits with option to have on-demand daily pay
Schedule: We are hiring for the following shifts: 7 am to 3 pm A-shift and 2:30 to 11 pm B-Shift. Must work every other weekend. If part-time is better for you, we can discuss a flexible schedule including 4-6 hour shifts; 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts; and split shifts. While we are flexible with shifts for part-time employees, we do have mandatory trainings that are held during normal business hours (M-F, 8 to 5) that must be completed prior to being assigned flex scheduling.
What You Will Do:
As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you are an integral part of our team, requiring the ability to motivate, de-escalate, and coach youth during their time with us and be a key influence on putting our Ranch culture of Purpose, Caring, and Learning into action.

You evaluate our programs, attend trainings, and integrate new practices to ensure our kids and families receive the best care we can provide.
