Facilities Technician – Job Description
Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $25.00/hour+, dependent on experience

About the Facilities Technician Role:
Reporting to the Company’s Sr. Director, Clinical Operations, the Facilities Technician is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, maintenance, and operational readiness of all Herself Health clinic locations. This role ensures that our clinics are safe, compliant, welcoming, and fully functional for patients and staff. The Facilities Administrator partners closely with clinic leaders, vendors, and internal teams to proactively manage facility needs and respond to issues. This is a part-time position, meaning the role is able to work up to 24 hours per week.
