Performs moderately complex accounting activities in accordance with policies, principles, standards, and regulatory requirements for the billing department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows accounting policies and controls for the Mexico organization.
- Books journal entries as needed according to business requirements.
- Prepares different account reconciliations and maintains spreadsheets.
- Reconciles E4P RightAngle with PS4 SAP and Helps prepare/maintain ad hoc reports.
- May process cost reconciliations.
- May be asked to participate or lead special projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- High school degree or technical school diploma required.
- Less than one (1) years of experience in accounting or finance, maintaining accounting and financial records and reports is required.
- Billing and invoicing is preferred.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Experience working with large ERP system is preferred. (ex. SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Fluency (speaking and writing) in both Spanish and English. (English level B1)
