The opportunity
Generation Victoria (GenV) is transforming the future of health, wellbeing, and equity across generations. Since its launch in October 2021, GenV has become one of the world’s largest intergenerational birth and longitudinal cohorts — already enrolling over 125,000 Victorians, with numbers growing daily. By 2035, our mission is bold: to help solve complex challenges facing children and adults in their early to mid-life stages.
To make this possible, GenV is building a cutting-edge solutions platform embedded in every community across Victoria. Our data-rich, participant-powered ecosystem — from biosamples and linked administrative data to an Open Science model — is helping researchers and policy makers create real-world impact across disciplines.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Test Analyst Lead to join our Platform & Operations Team — the driving force behind the technologies that enable GenV’s research, data and participant solutions.
About the role:
As a key member of our agile and high-performing team, you'll lead critical testing initiatives across a suite of integrated platforms including AWS, Salesforce, MuleSoft, REDCap, WeGuide, OpenSpecimen and PostgreSQL. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of test strategy, planning and execution — ensuring our platform solutions meet the highest standards for functionality, quality and performance.
