About the role
We are seeking two Support Officer Logistics team members to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
- Role 1: Primarily responsible for operating the truck to complete deliveries, as well as operating the forklift and assisting with general warehouse activities.
- Role 2: Focused on picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and performing general warehouse duties.
Both roles suit individuals who take pride in working efficiently, safely, and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist sales staff by picking, packing, and coordinating deliveries of orders to rural clients.
- Safely handle, receive, store, and dispatch stock in a timely manner.
- Accurately process goods inwards and outwards according to associated paperwork.
- Assist with stocktakes and other warehouse or logistics activities as required.
About you
- Basic understanding of general merchandise products and safe storage and handling practices.
- Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
- Customer service experience (desirable).
- Current driver’s licence and MR truck licence (for truck driver role).
- Current forklift licence
