Tasks:

• Support in the organization and implementation of facility management tasks on site in Mainz

• Participation in projects to optimize work processes

• Communication with external service providers and internal departments

• Coordination of move management tasks

• Support with spatial planning measures

Profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a course of study in architecture or a comparable field of study

• Experienced use of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,…)

• Working with CAD and visualization programs is an advantage

• Craftsmanship and solution orientation

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Independent and structured way of working

• Very good German and good English skills
