Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

The role will report to the Sr. Director of International Enrollment Management and will be covering in the Latin America Region and focus in the following areas:

  • Identify and develop institutional partners and feeder schools
  • Identify and develop agency partners
  • Develop strong relationship with entities such as Education USA, US Commercial Services, local ministry of Education etc. 
  • Support recruitment outreaches and activities as needed
  • Coordinate with various campuses in the WU network for joint projects
  • Various trainings and workshops for students
  • Develop and support regional current student, parents and alumni groups as allies for recruitment

 Statement of Duties:

The Regional Director of Business Development (CIS) will report to the Sr. Director Business Development in providing leadership, strategic planning, supervision, and oversight for the overall recruitment of international students from CIS  region (focusing on Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan). This role focuses on the US Campuses of Webster University. The primary responsibilities for this position encompass supporting the overall mission and goals of the institution through various B2B and B2C recruitment and business development tasks such as new agent onboarding and support, attending events in these regions and supporting institutional partnership development. The role involves collaborating with campus stakeholders, faculty, staff, and students to facilitate a positive learning environment, enhance student services, and contribute to the overall success and advancement of the institution.
