• Maintaining accurate student records and files with meticulous attention to detail.

• Managing the front desk operations with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

• Answering  phones, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
