Your Role Unveiled
This is a commercial, client-facing role that combines sales, research, and relationship-building. You’ll dive headfirst into connecting top-tier investment firms with industry-leading professionals across Europe and North America.
Our carefully designed Academy programme and Career Growth Framework are tailored to transform you into an industry expert. With uncapped commission, it’s realistic to earn £100k within 2–3 years, with top performers exceeding £300k.
As a Graduate Search Consultant, your role is multifaceted:
