Flexible full-time options:
Choose the schedule that fits your life!
• .8 FTE (32 hours/week)
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Both are full-time, benefits-eligible, and come with a guaranteed salary.
Meaningful patient connections:
Our nurses typically spend 30–45 minutes per visit, caring for 4–6 patients per day. You’ll provide hands-on, high-quality care including catheter care, IV infusion, wound care, ostomy care, disease and medication management, etc...

You’re never on your own — our responsive office staff, nurse leaders, and care coordinators are here to back you up every step of the way.
Salary: $83,00 - $89,000

Experience:
💙 1–3 years of Home Care experience preferred — we love nurses who know how rewarding patient-centered care can be!
Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Professional School of Nursing (RN or BSN required)
✅ Current RN License in the State of Minnesota, in good standing
✅ Current CPR Certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid Driver’s License — you’ll be bringing quality care right to your patients’ homes
