Title: 1st Shift Spanish Bilingual Supervisor

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
Status: Non-Exempt
Directs and coordinates the personnel, production, and packaging of products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Monday – Fridays Start time is 5:00AM - with a varying end time. Occasionally changes to work schedule may occur due to production or training needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job directly supervises all personnel involved in the production and packaging of Mrs. Gerry’s products.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily in both English and Spanish. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Two-year certificate from college or, other related technical field with five years of supervisory experience in an operations environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in both English and Spanish. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in both languages. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization in both English and Spanish. Must exhibit a fluent or native level of knowledge of the Spanish language.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
