Here at XPO we are looking for Food Safety Manager to join us at our site in Burton Latimer. Working within a multi national and people focused transport company you will be responsible for all procedures and processes relating to food safety onsite.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £51,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Carry out Audits and Allergen risk assessment reviews
• Manage NCF’s to completion
• HACCP Reviews
• Investigations / Reviews of Complaints procedure
• Investigate ASN failures and implement corrective actions
• Manage pest controls / procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring Hygiene standards
• Coaching teams to reduce receiving errors in Goods In
• Internal Audits
• Introducing and managing new processes and procedures

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Experience of creating and reviewing Quality SOP’s
• Experience in Food safety, pest and Allergen awareness
• Previous knowledge and experience with Halal, Kosher, Organic, Rainforest Alliance products
