Duties

• Working side-by-side with Sr. management and ownership!
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded before, during, and after sales/service appointments
• Perform very light office duties such as clerical and administrative duties
• Maintain detailed tracking of customer analytics
• Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Web Browsers

Qualifications

• Basic math skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred
• Able to work with standard office equipment (computer, phones, fax, and copier)
• Able to assume responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision
