Your tasks?

  • You support the advancement of large language models (large language models) to multi-modal models that include audio and vision, as well as any-to-any models such as Vision2Text, Text2Text, and Audio2Audio.

  • Your tasks include researching, creating, and preparing high-quality multi-modal data sets.

  • You create and manage data, training, and evaluation pipelines in the cloud.

  • The fine tuning of existing base models, such as Qwen and Llama, on multi-modal and capability-specific data, such as RAG, tool calling and agent behavior, lies within your area of responsibility.

  • Working together with experienced developers from a wide range of disciplines on an agile product development team.

Your profile?

  • You will bring in comprehensive knowledge of software development with Python and training deep learning/machine learning models.
  • Understanding how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and how they are taught is one of your strengths.
  • You've already gained some practical experience in creating data sets, including data processing, filtering and augmentation.
  • Experience with cloud development, especially with Databricks and Azure, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning large language models or the development of large language model applications is also an advantage.
