Salary Range: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily store operations and support management

  • Coach and motivate team members

  • Keep products stocked and merchandised

  • Deliver outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of retail or customer service experience (supervisory a plus)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.

  • Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Positive, team-first attitude
