
MISSION
Support daily department activities and assist in coordinating department policies, processes and relevant documents.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist the manager, with day-to-day operation, in the life cycle department functions and duties.
- Ensure the department is organized and operated in the right way.
- Compiling and update employee records.
- Coordinate department projects (meetings, trainings, surveys…).
- Carry out the necessary documentation according to the procedures / rules applicable in each case.
- Assist in the reports both local and to the corporation as in other specific or ad-hoc tasks.
- Update and control the information IT tools of the area.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the department executions.
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Deal with employee requests.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: | Professional Training, mainly in administration |
Languages: | Fluent in local language & Basic in English (spoken & written) |
Experience: | 6 month as a staff assistant |
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training: | Knowledge in administration or related would be a plus |
