Job Function:
Responsible for administration within the Technologies & Field Support departments:
- Administering all licenses and activations through the John Deere and Tuckwell systems
- Assisting with scheduling/booking jobs, monitoring progress and keeping customers updated
- Makes proactive calls to customers to promote services and offers.
- Ensure smooth running admin processes that result in work efficiency and happy customers
- Flexibility to assist with data entry tasks related to Technology, Field Support, Aftermarket or Sales teams
Essential Duties:
Customer experience and work planning:
- Management of the Technology Subscription & License sales and renewals by ordering, activating and invoicing all licences and activations through the relevant systems.
- Inputting of Demo & Transport requests to the dealer business system to ensure demos are carried out in a timely manner.
- Utilise CRM to ensure the wider business is aware of the Technology and Field Support ongoing activities; ensuring data is inputted accurately and in a timely way.
- Producing After-Demo reports showing machine utilisation and performance.
- Manage all data privacy consent through the John Deere systems
- Makes proactive calls to customers highlighting current and future services and offers.
Efficiency and Profitability:
- Assisting the team with scheduling and booking in jobs as required
- Checking all completed jobs to ensure they are complete and accurate for both parts and labour.
- Inputting work order repair stories.
- Processing invoices and credits within the required timescales.
- Ensures all warranty forms are with the Warranty Manager in the required time.
- Ensures all retail WIP is no older than 30 days.
- Books engineers’ hours to the relevant jobs, ensuring accuracy and any discrepancies are resolved.
Skills and Qualifications:
- An excellent ability to communicate effectively among a variety of people and happy to talk to customers on the phone and explain promotions
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent with IT systems and able to learn new ones
- Self-motivated to get things done
- A valid driving licence is required as there may be travel to other sites within the group.
