Global Operations Engineer: Responsibilities: • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to various middle and back-office applications (IPM, IOM, Gloss, Swift, BPSA, PMC, Algo, OWS etc) • Manage the minor enhancement requests as prioritized by business and deploy into production following the Change management cycle. • Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution. • Work closely with SME's on any such requests as per the needs. • Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s. • Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes. • Provide application and system monitoring • Handle Change Management • Provide release management services • Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities. Skills: Experience with • Production Support / Dev Ops / SRE (Min 4 years of experience, adjust as payrole/grade) • Various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase etc) • Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys ) • Scripting (Unix/Linux, Perl, PowerShell). • ServiceNow • Informatica • DevOps • Experience with BI tool such as Qlikview / Qliksense • Financial Services Industry

Other Requirements: • Excellent analytical skills. • Able to function effectively as a member of a team. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Collaborate with various individuals/teams to find resolution to the problem. • Willing to learn • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering or any other relevant technical skills.

Nice To have: • Cloud Experience -AWS/Azure • RPA UI Path knowledge
