Position:

HRS is looking to add a new Senior Manager, Client Strategy to our growing Client Strategy team. This position will work collaboratively with clients to establish successful telehealth and remote patient monitoring programs across the country, expanding access to care and transforming healthcare delivery in the home.

The ideal candidate is service-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in account management or customer success in the enterprise healthcare space. You will act as a strategic partner to clients throughout the full customer lifecycle and drive net revenue retention through renewals and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts and build long-term client relationships
  • Own and manage accounts independently across the full lifecycle
  • Drive client growth, program expansion, and renewals
  • Lead business reviews and ongoing communications with clients
  • Provide in-person and virtual training for all HRS solutions, best practices, and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for client needs and resolve issues
  • Establish strong clinical and operational understanding of client workflows and business models
  • Track customer goals, metrics, and outcomes using data to demonstrate program impact
  • Partner with clients on ROI and business insight reporting using HRS tools
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and program expansion
  • Create and maintain documentation including implementation plans, meeting recaps, and client-facing materials
  • Travel as needed for in-person meetings and implementations 

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in all aspects (phone, email, presentations, in-person)
  • Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization, from C-suite executives to clinicians.

  • Willing to travel monthly for client implementations and in-person meetings less than 25% of the time.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite
