The Workforce Development (WFD) Recruitment & Alumni Manager will develop and maintain relationships with employer partners throughout NJ to support filling key entry-level needs. This role will oversee the Workforce Coordinator to delivery Life Skills curriculum that ensure participants are prepared for navigating social, financial and professional challenges. The role will also oversee relationships with WFD alumni to ensure they maintain professional growth and development.

The salary range for this position is $77,350--$104,650. The final rate may be influenced by factors such as the position's scope and responsibilities, work experience, training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
