To strengthen its team, the Human Resources Department of the Fribourg Hospital is looking to recruit, on a permanent contract, a
Configure and develop solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, especially within the Core HR and Recruiting modules.
Implement and maintain HCM configurations: enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, hierarchies, and approval relationships.
Set up and maintain specific workflows, notifications, and custom transactions.
Customize and optimize the user experience using Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Perform data migration and loading (HDL, HSDL).
Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extract, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Carry out customizations (Page Composer, Design Studio, DFF/EFF).
Produce and maintain reports and extracts using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL.
Configure and deploy Recruiting module functionalities (candidate portal, campaigns, questionnaires, onboarding integration).
Monitor and integrate Oracle quarterly releases, including configuration and regression testing.
Document configurations and prepare technical guides.
Manage and follow up on Service Requests (SR) opened with Oracle.
Actively participate in the Oracle HCM community to anticipate developments and share best practices.
Higher education in IT, information systems, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruiting).
Strong skills in HCM configuration and development: workflows, security, integrations, customizations, reporting, and organizational settings.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud tools and technologies (HDL/HSDL, APIs, VBS, Redwood UI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL, etc.).
Autonomy, rigor, and solution orientation, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
