Summary: This role applies accounting principles to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and maintain reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily bank transactions and prepare cash reports.
• Create journal entries for patient activity.
• Perform monthly A/R reconciliations and adjust journal entries.
• Prepare monthly department variance reports and payroll reports.
• Assist with donation imports and data entry for Development.
• Support annual budget preparation and audit materials.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and IT security regulations.

Requirements:

• AA in Finance or Accounting (or BS degree in Accounting).
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Accounts Payable.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
