About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Security Assurance Assistant Vice President to join our Information Security team. This role will work on a small team that receives due diligence questionnaires (DDQ) from clients on information security and other topics.  The team provides answers and artifacts to support the answers for those DDQs.  Throughout the year 30,000+ questions are answered with many similar, but slightly different. This role requires obtaining a deep knowledge of iCapital business units and the technologies that they use.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, client-facing teams, and DDQ portals to receive DDQs.
• Research answers that best match DDQ questions.
• Work with business units and Technology teams to find artifact evidence that supports the answers.
• Escalate outstanding issues to management.
• Assist the vendor risk team with their vendor DDQ evaluations as client assurance and vendor risk are related programs as required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience within a technology role, preferably in information security
• Bachelors degree in computer science or technology or information security-related field
• Experience using GRC tools is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of security risks pertaining to cloud and controls that match those risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all answers are correct and nuanced to the client question

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
