Who We’re Looking For

At RTA, we don’t just implement software—we help police, fire, school bus, and city fleet teams keep their communities safe. We’re looking for an Implementation Quarterback to lead our SaaS implementation playbook. This role reports to our Manager of Professional Services and is all about guiding a portfolio of fleet SaaS projects to the finish line. You’ll be the connector between Sales, Product, and Professional Services, ensuring every implementation—whether a fast standard rollout or a complex enterprise build—lands smoothly and delivers value. 

What You’ll Do 

• Oversee multiple concurrent SaaS implementations, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned. 
• Act as the “quarterback” across Sales, Product Development, and Professional Services to ensure smooth handoffs and execution. 
• Allocate resources and manage workloads across enterprise and standard implementation specialists. 
• Estimate effort, update SOWs, and ensure enterprise implementations with customizations are delivered successfully. 
• Proactively identify projects at risk and turn them around before they impact client success. 

How You’ll Lead 

• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of implementation specialists. 
• Foster collaboration and accountability, driving a culture of “extreme ownership” and client focus. 
• Serve as the point of escalation for tricky projects, guiding your team through challenges with confidence and clarity. 

Your Strengths 

• Hands-on experience managing SaaS implementations (EAM, ERP, or fleet tech is a plus). 
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see around corners, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively problem-solve. 
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into client-friendly updates. 
• Proven track record leading teams, managing resources, and coordinating across departments. 
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence both internally and with clients. 

Bonus Points For 

• Experience in fleet management or public-sector SaaS. 
• Background in high-growth SaaS environments where adaptability and speed are key.

The Bottom Line

Base salary for the role is between $100k - $130k a year, based on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role in office MWF & (WFH available on Tues/Thurs).?
