Studying and preparing for PTE/IELTS English exam is one of the significant challenges and stressors for many international students. As a group leader, you will help others in a group setting to prepare for this exam. You'd utilise your experience and knowledge. You will mentor other international students to ace the exams with optimal strategies. This role provides opportunities for you to enhance communication and leadership skills while helping others.
Key tasks
- Initial and ongoing examining study performance of participants.
- Identifying the areas where participants need to improve for better scores.
- Preparing study plans for the participants.
- Providing up-to-date and accurate exam strategies information.
- Encouraging student engagement and participation.
- Representing a positive image of the organisation.
- Reporting to line manager.
Requirements

- A PTE score report with 75+ or IETLS score report with 7+ in each skill are preferred.
- Up-to-date police check.
- Working with Vulnerable people card.
- Vaccination certificate.
Availability
- The activity will be in-person at Glenorchy Salvos, Monday - Wednesday - Friday.
- At least 1 day per week for 2+ hours.
