Your Tasks:

You will support us in all areas of IT purchasing and IT contract management:

  • Creation of orders, execution of order processing, deadline control and processing of complaints
  • Creation of evaluations / reports relating to IT orders
  • Support with IT tenders and downstream contract management
  • Support in the automation / optimization of procurement processes
  • Carrying out product and market research

Necessary Skills:

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, law, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree program with at least one year of study remaining
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Experience in working with SAP desirable
  • Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills (both at least B2 level)

Desired Skills:

  • Independent working style, commitment and ability to work in a team

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52.
